Volunteer Roles

Wish Granter

Wish Granters are absolutely essential to fulfilling each child’s wish. They work in teams of two or three to meet with the wish child, help the child determine his or her heartfelt wish, and help plan and fulfill the wish. (2 year commitment required)

Meet and Greeters

Meet and Greeters help families get their wish trip started on a great note (helping with luggage, check-in, taking pictures), or make sure the child and family is taken care of once they arrive home from their trip (helping with luggage, collecting PhotoPass card, etc.). Many families are traveling for the first time or have special needs and navigating the airport can be a daunting and stressful task. Meet and Greeters ensure wish children and families don’t have to worry about a thing.
