On Monday, Tyler Larson will embark on the journey of a lifetime. His one true wish to ride the train to Green Bay and see a Packers game is coming true. Tyler, 17 from Harvey was diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year.
When wish granters met with Tyler at their initial meeting, his love of the Green Bay Packers was evident right away. Once his wish was approved by his physician, Tyler’s wish granters surprised him with a wish reveal at Scheels in Bismarck. He answered a series of trivia questions and his correct answers let him to finding out that his one true wish was being granted.
Tyler will leave from the Rugby Amtrak station on Monday, October 17 for his trip to Green Bay. Tyler will be touring Lambeau Field, meeting the team and attending the Thursday night game between the Packers and the Bears. Tyler’s wish experience will include free time to explore the city of Green Bay, take in the Packers Hall of Fame, have dinner at Brett Farve’s Steakhouse, splash in the hotel’s three-story waterpark and much more.
For Tyler, this wish experience is sure to be filled with creating life-long memories and a chance to not worry about being sick or doctor’s visits but rather having fun and cheering on his favorite team at the iconic Lambeau Field.
